MW-NVT ONVIF Network Video Transmitter Suite (DM812x/DM368/DM365/DM355/DM6467 platforms) |
The standard conformance is validated by the community test tools, third-party VMS integration and internal QA. Proven designThe reference design hardware including the camera and multichannel encoder have been successfully integrated with ONVIF compliant VMS such as Milestone XProtect and AxxonSoft Intellect Enterprise. Several manufactures have already licensed the suite and supplied products to end users. Turnkey solutionComplete reference designs are available directly from Synesis including hardware, middleware, codecs, video analytics and integration with third party VMS. High definition supportThe middleware is integrated with Texas Instruments’ and third-party codecs supporting 720p and 1080p H.264 encoding. High performance embedded video analytics is designed to run at high definition for long range object detection and tracking. Multiple channel supportFor multiple channel configurations, the middleware is integrated with H.264 AVC Main Profile codec from Ittiam. Third-party codecs are supported via the TI’s Codec Engine (xDAIS) interface. Video analytics and metadata streaming is available on all channels. Open source ONVIF Device ManagerONVIF Device Manager is an open-source application for Windows that implements the ONVIF NVC interface including Discovery, Device, Media, Imaging, Analytics, Events and services. Camera vendors and system integrators can add news features to ONVIF Device Manager or its components to build a new system. The application has a skinnable and multilingual interface. New languages can be added without changing the source code. ONVIF Device Manager is compatible with over 1,000 ONVIF conformant products, including IP-cameras and encoders. Download ONVIF Device Manager for free. Integration and customisationSynesis provides design services to integrate the ONVIF suite with the end-user solution and to create differentiating IP for its customers. With the source code license, the customer gains full control of the ONVIF software implementation. Supported hardwareSynesis’ ONVIF library is written in C code and has no hardware dependencies. The turn-key solution including the library and device-specific applications is currently available on TI’s DaVinci DM8127 (DM812x), DM6467 (TM320DM6467), DM368 (TMS320DM368), DM365 (TMS320DM365) and DM355 (TMS320DM355). Available firmware is compatible with Synesis designs and Appro Technology designs (including TMDXIPCAM8127J3, DM368IPNC-MT5, DM365IPNC-MT5, DM355IPNC-MT5 models). The solution can be ported to platforms based on Stretch, NXP and other vendor chips.
